Corinda is a freelance dance teacher and a promoter of 'Dance as a Performing Art'.  She was trained in most styles from Classical Ballet, Tap Dance, Jazz, Contemporary, National Dance, Greek Dance (Ruby Ginner method) to Salsa and more recently Middle Eastern Dance. After three years of full time training at 'The Guildford School of Acting'. Immediately after graduation, Corinda toured North Africa with a dance troupe.   On her return the 'Corinda Hall School of Dance', was set up where young dancers where trained to pursue a dance profession.' The Corinda Hall Dancers' was formed with older students and adults specifically for dance shows, exhibitions and competitions.   

Corinda continues to promote dance in schools as part of the National Curriculum and has encouraged dance to become an essential medium within the Arts subjects..  She particularly enjoys working within the community and specialises in working in the area of dance development and promoting dance as a therapy. She encourages and enables everyone that comes into contact with her, especially children, to become involved in dance to understand and appreciate it. Corinda's experience also reaches out to student dancers with disabilities.

All of her students are prompted to perform as this shows and encourages confidence, whether in class, festivals, competitions, local and national shows and TV appearances.

Corinda produced, directed and choreographed her own productions and showcased them at 'The Anvil' and other local theatres…. Corinda made this the platform for the community and all her students from local schools, her own dance school and The Corinda Hall Dancers to perform with professional dancers such as; 'Adzido' an African dance company, 'Pazazz' glamorous dance illusionists. Other dance professionals that worked with Corinda include; Junior Jones pop video dancer with Donna Summer, LaToya Jackson and Take That. Sean Kingsley from The Hot Shoe Shuffle  Gerry Zuccarello, dancer and choreographer to George Michael, Celine Dion, Gloria Estefan, Tom Jones, Gene Kelly, Wayne Sleep.


Corinda enjoys dancing socially and has started performing. Salsa Dance plays an important part of her social dance, traveling globally in the pursuit of training and developing the understanding of the  Cuban rhythms and history and New York style. Corinda trained with; Enrique Perez, Super Mario, Susana Montero, Iris De Brito, Leon Rose, Marchant & Davina Birch, Janet Fuentes Torres, Kerry Ribchester to name a few. Corinda has attended classes in New York with Nelson Flores, Eddie Tores and attended classes with Ismael Otero, Santo Rico, Cobo Brothers and other world class Salsa teachers.


In Middle Eastern Dance, Corinda regularly trains with; Tracey Jones, Ozgen and has attended master classes with Yasmina of Cairo, Serena and Hossam Ramzy,  Aziza of Canada, Morocco of New York to name a few….Corinda attended a workshop given by Patricia Passo's teachers in Madrid.

Corinda continues to teach dance promoting the benefits to all ages and abilities. Just some of the benefits;  mobility, coordination, flexibility and includes therapeutic benefits, Dance can also be spiritual and a prayer.  To dance is to release the beauty within, to release your sprit.....

Corinda continues to develop her skills and to learn new styles as they evolve.  She will share her knowledge and her love of dance with all.
